1. INTRODUCTION​

1.1. Purpose of the Policy​

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedures by which LLC “DRIZO MOBILITY” (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") processes and protects personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Data" or "Personal Data") of individuals (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Users") interacting with the Drizo mobile application and related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services").

1.2. Scope of the Policy​

This Policy applies to all actions related to the collection and processing of Users' Personal Data who install, use, or otherwise interact with the Drizo application, as well as visitors to any websites or digital platforms owned or operated by the Company.

1.3. Compliance with Legislation​

The Company processes Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and adheres to international data protection standards. The Company strives to respect Users' rights and freedoms and ensures an adequate level of protection for processed Personal Data.

2. DATA CONTROLLER​

2.1. Company Information​

LLC “DRIZO MOBILITY” is a legal entity registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Company may collaborate with affiliates and third-party service providers (hereinafter referred to as "Partners") to address technical, analytical, and organizational needs.

2.2. Third-Party Controllers​

In some cases, Partners (e.g., payment services, owners of charging or parking stations) may act as independent or joint data controllers. In such instances, Users' Personal Data are transferred based on sufficient legal grounds and in compliance with applicable laws.

3. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY​

3.1. Ensuring Transparency​

This Policy aims to: Define what Personal Data the Company collects and its purposes. Clarify the Company's roles and responsibilities as a data controller. Describe how Users can manage their Data (e.g., access, correction, deletion). Explain the measures taken by the Company to protect Data.

3.2. Applicability​

The Policy is an integral part of any agreements governing the use of Services. If specific features require additional or specialized data protection terms, such terms will be outlined in the relevant sections or documents.

4. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA​

When installing and using the Drizo app (or related resources), the following Personal Data may be collected: Registration Information: Name, phone number, email address, age, postal address, and any other information provided during profile creation. Device and Usage Data: IP address, device identifiers, app activity logs, OS type and version, visit times, network details (Wi-Fi, cellular), and geolocation data (GPS, network coordinates). Activity Information: Search queries (e.g., for gas stations, parking, charging stations), app navigation history, customer support interactions, and message records. Payment Data: Bank card details and other payment information processed during in-app purchases, either provided by the User or by Partners (e.g., financial institutions). By default, the Company does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (e.g., medical or biometric data) unless explicitly provided by the User or required for specific services. Any such information provided will be processed in compliance with legal requirements and enhanced security measures.

The Company processes Personal Data only when at least one of the following conditions is met: Contract Performance: Data processing is necessary to provide Services (e.g., account registration, in-app payments). Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with legal requirements (e.g., responding to lawful requests from authorities). Legitimate Interest: Processing does not conflict with Users' fundamental rights and interests (e.g., improving Services, ensuring security). User Consent: In specific cases, prior consent may be obtained for particular types of processing.

5.2. Purposes of Processing​

The processing of Personal Data serves the following purposes: Providing core Service functions (e.g., locating charging stations, gas stations, parking). Managing user accounts (e.g., profile creation and customization). Communication and support (e.g., responding to inquiries, notifications, updates). Analysis and improvement (e.g., enhancing the app's functionality). Security and legal compliance (e.g., fraud prevention). Financial transactions (e.g., payment processing).

6. DATA PROTECTION​

6.1. Technical and Organizational Measures​

The Company employs encryption, firewalls, and systematic monitoring to protect Personal Data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Employee access is restricted and granted only on a need-to-know basis.

6.2. Confidentiality Obligations​

All employees handling Personal Data must adhere to the Company's confidentiality policies. Any violations are subject to disciplinary action and legal consequences.

7. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES​

7.1. Within the Company​

Data sharing within LLC “DRIZO MOBILITY” (including affiliates) occurs only when necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy.

7.2. Third-Party Partners​

Data may be shared with external entities, such as: Payment system operators. Infrastructure owners (e.g., charging stations, parking lots). Analytics or security providers. Competent authorities (upon lawful request).

7.3. Ownership Changes​

In case of business restructuring, Personal Data may be transferred to successors under the same protection obligations.

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER AND STORAGE​

8.1. Primary Servers​

The Company's primary data infrastructure is located in Uzbekistan, with potential backups in other jurisdictions.

8.2. Cross-Border Transfer​

Any cross-border transfers are conducted lawfully, ensuring the security and compliance of Personal Data.

9. DATA RETENTION​

9.1. Retention Period​

Data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law. Afterward, it is anonymized or deleted.

9.2. Deletion Requests​

Users can request the deletion of their Data unless retention is legally mandated (e.g., for financial records).

10. USER RIGHTS​

Users may have the right to: Access their Data. Correct inaccuracies. Request deletion or restriction of processing. Object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdraw consent for specific processing activities. Requests can be addressed to the Company via the contact information in Section 13.

11. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES​

11.1. Use of Cookies​

Cookies may be used to identify devices, save settings, and collect usage statistics.

Users can adjust browser or device settings to block or delete cookies, though this may affect app functionality.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy to reflect legal or organizational changes. Updates take effect as stated in the revised version.

12.2. Notification​

Significant changes will be communicated in advance through available channels (e.g., in-app notifications).
